iVisaPortal is a private travel document assistance service, independent of government. Applications are temporarily unavailable. You can browse destination guides and try an application preview; it does not send applications to authorities or create an order.
Government processing times and submission windows vary by destination and circumstances. Check the destination's official immigration information before making travel plans. This preview does not start specialist review or government processing, and it cannot provide an approval date.
Use sample details and documents when exploring this preview. Selected files stay in the page and are not uploaded. If you enable draft saving, trip and traveler details are saved in this browser tab's session storage; files are not saved. Do not enter payment details. The privacy policy describes the service's published data practices.
Government authorities decide approval and entry; assistance cannot guarantee either. The published refund policy explains when service fees may be refundable, including specified errors caused by the service. This preview accepts no payments and creates no paid orders.
Listed private service fees start at $65 per traveler. The pricing page explains the advertised assistance and refund conditions. Government fees may apply separately. You can also apply directly through the relevant government website, sometimes free of charge. This preview does not collect payment.
You can try the preview with up to 8 travelers in one draft. Each traveler has a separate set of details. Completing the preview does not create a group order or submit any application.
No physical passport is requested in this preview. Use sample passport details and sample files to explore the form, and keep your real passport with you. Do not send passport scans through the support form.
You can go back and edit details in the application preview before reaching the final step. For an existing order placed with iVisaPortal, contact support with your reference and the change you need. Whether a submitted application can be changed depends on its status and the authority's rules.
This preview does not issue or email travel documents. If you have an existing iVisaPortal order, contact support for delivery information using your order reference. Keep any confirmation you receive and follow the issuing authority's instructions.
Payments are temporarily unavailable. The application preview does not accept card details, PayPal or any other payment, and it cannot create a paid order. Contact support with questions about an existing payment.
No. An arrival card or declaration records travel information. A visa, where required, is a separate document. Check both requirements with the destination’s immigration authority.
Each destination guide includes a direct official-portal link and displays its domain. Use that link to check the authority’s current form, instructions and any charges.
A private fee pays for optional assistance, not the official form itself. Several authorities provide their declaration free. Our destination guides distinguish official charges from the listed iVisaPortal service fee.
Use the window stated by the destination’s authority and the dates its portal accepts. Some windows include arrival day; others are measured from flight time. Do not assume all destinations use the same 72-hour rule.
Check the destination’s official information for children and infants. Where each traveler needs a record, make sure the child’s details and passport are included; a group form does not automatically exempt a child.
This depends on whether you pass immigration and on the destination’s transit rules. Collecting checked baggage or leaving the transit area can change the answer. Confirm the route with your airline and the responsible authority.
Use the official portal’s correction or replacement instructions. Keep the latest confirmation and check that it matches your final itinerary. Some systems allow edits, while certain identity changes require another submission.
Follow the issuing authority’s instructions. An offline digital copy can be useful if your phone has no connection. Where paper is required, print the final confirmation rather than a draft or a screenshot of an unfinished form.
No. A private service cannot decide admission, guarantee approval or override an authority’s requirements. Immigration officials make the final decision under the destination’s rules.
Email support@ivisaportal.com with the page link, the detail you believe is incorrect and a link to current official information. Do not include passport scans or payment-card details.
Use the application’s clear-draft control. Draft saving is optional and uses this browser tab’s session storage; selected files are not saved. Use sample information when exploring the form.
Select the cookie preferences button to reopen your choices. Analytics and marketing are optional categories. Essential storage supports requested features and remembers your consent choice where the browser allows it.
