iVisaPortal is a private, third-party assistance service operated by ZA Logistics Inc (d/b/a iVisaPortal), 2601 Woodland Park Drive, Apt 8209, Houston, TX 77077, USA. We help travellers prepare and submit applications for travel documents such as eVisas, travel authorisations and entry cards. We are not a government body and have no affiliation with any government, immigration authority or embassy.
2. What our fee covers
The fee charged on this website is a service fee. It covers guided form completion, specialist review for accuracy and completeness, error correction, submission to the relevant authority on your behalf and 24/7 customer support. The fee does not constitute any government charge.
3. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. False, incomplete or misleading information may result in your application being rejected by the authorities, and we cannot be held responsible for outcomes caused by inaccurate input from you.
4. No guarantee of entry
Successful submission of an application does not guarantee entry into any country. All final decisions on issuance of travel documents and on admission at the border rest exclusively with the relevant immigration authorities.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iVisaPortal's total liability arising out of or in connection with our service is limited to the service fee actually paid by you for the application in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including missed flights, accommodation costs or lost travel opportunities.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
7. Modifications
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
