2. Information entered on this website

The application preview includes fields for the following details. Use sample information, not real passport or identity details:

• Full name
• Passport number and passport expiry date
• Nationality
• Date of birth
• Email address
• Phone number
• Travel dates and basic trip details

These form values stay in the current page's memory unless you choose to save a draft in this browser tab. Selected documents stay in memory, are not uploaded and are not included in saved drafts. The website does not collect card details or process payments.

The support form prepares an email draft. It does not send a message. If you send that draft yourself through your email provider, the message is delivered to the support address shown. Do not include passport scans or card details.

3. How the current form uses information

Form values are used in your browser to validate fields and display the review step. They are not sent for specialist review or application processing. Saving a draft is optional and lets you resume the form after a refresh in the same browser tab.

4. Data sharing

The current application preview does not transmit form values or selected documents to an immigration authority or any application-processing provider. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data retention

Unsaved form values and selected files are cleared when you refresh or leave the application page. If you opt in to saving, contact and traveler details are stored in this tab's session storage. Use “Remove saved draft” to delete them. Browser session restoration can retain session storage, so do not rely on closing the browser to erase a saved draft. Files are never saved with a draft.

For applications previously submitted to our service, the existing retention rule is:

Personal data submitted for an application is deleted from our systems within 90 days after the application has been processed, unless a longer period is required by law.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@ivisaportal.com. We will respond within 30 days.

8. GDPR (EU/UK residents)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the rights granted by the GDPR / UK GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

9. CCPA (California residents)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, the right to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information), and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.

10. Cookies and analytics

Cookie preferences are stored in your browser's local storage when available. Optional analytics and marketing preferences are off until you enable them; no third-party analytics or advertising provider is currently connected. You can reopen “Cookie preferences” to change your choice. The application draft option is separate and requires its own explicit selection. We do not use cookies to build personal advertising profiles.

11. Children

Our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. A parent or guardian must submit any application on behalf of a minor.
